With over 13 years in car sales, Stephen is more than an owner, he’s the heart and soul of Dream Work Automotive. From day one, his goal has been simple: create a dealership that treats people like family.

He’s known around the store for his easygoing energy, quick sense of humor, and constant smile. Whether he’s helping a customer find their perfect car or cracking jokes in the office, Stephen brings warmth and authenticity to everything he does.

Behind the scenes, he’s also one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. His wife and soon to be one-year-old are his biggest motivation, driving him to build a business that represents integrity, compassion, and growth.

Dream Work’s “people-first” approach, the reason customers keep coming back, is Stephen’s vision brought to life. He’s not just the backbone of the company; he’s the spirit that keeps it moving forward. we are inspired by his motivation and what he brings to the table everyday.

Conrad — Operation Lets Do This!

While Conrad may be newer to the automotive world, his entrepreneurial experience runs deep. Having owned and managed several successful businesses before Dream Work, he brings a blend of leadership, adaptability, and relentless work ethic that keeps everything running smoothly.

Today, Conrad manages our entire in-house service center, ensuring every vehicle that leaves our lot meets Dream Work’s highest standards. He’s also our go-to tech expert, the one everyone calls when something (literally anything) needs fixing.

What makes Conrad truly stand out, though, is his heart. He’s the kind of leader who will show up, no matter the hour, to help his team or a customer in need. His kind, steady presence brings balance to the hustle of dealership life, making him a cornerstone of the Dream Work family. He has drive and motivation we all inspire to have.

Together, Stephen and Conrad have built something rare, a dealership grounded in honesty, teamwork, and genuine care for people. Their partnership reflects everything that makes Dream Work Automotive special: hard work, heart, and passion.
